We believe your bike should look and perform noticeably better after every use.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of any PELLI cleaning or maintenance product:

  • Return the unused portion of the product to us within 3 months of original purchase

  • We will issue a 100% refund of the purchase price (less any shipping charges that may have applied)

No complicated forms. No partial credits.

This guarantee applies to all standard bike cleaning formulas, including washes, degreasers, detailers, and routine maintenance products.

RideRepel™ Graphene Protection – 30 Day Return Policy

Due to the specialized and permanent-protection nature of RideRepel™ Graphene, returns are accepted under different conditions:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Product must be unopened

  • Product must be unused

  • Original packaging required

Once the seal is broken or product has been applied, the item is no longer eligible for return.
